Epoxy lining and Sleeve coating pipe spool for water project in Mauritius

Haihao Group received project from Mauritius. The products are pipe spool, material is carbon steel. As client’s requirement, the internal coating is liquid epoxy; the external coating is Heat Shrinkable Wrap around Sleeve. These pipe spools are used for water project.

Liquid epoxy pipe spools

Liquid epoxy coating is widely used for anticorrosion of pipeline. It could strongly adhere to steel products, such as steel flange, pipes, fittings, which could protect pipeline in long time. The reference standard is AWWA C210.According to AWWA C210,the minimum DFT (dry film thickness) is 406μm. We could also produce according to clients’ requirement.

Heat Shrinkable Wraparound Sleeve is mainly used for external anticorrosion of pipeline. The reference standard is AWWA C216. It’s also named Heat-Shrinkable Cross-Linked Polyolefin Coatings. It’s easy to apply sleeve to pipeline, coating could be applied in filed or factory workshop.
