The new FPSO will soon appear in the Enauta Brazil project !

Eneuta, a Brazilian oil and gas company, has confirmed the approval of the comprehensive development system (FDS) of the Atlanta oil field located off the coast of Brazil, and signed a contract with Yinson on the supply, operation and maintenance of FPSO for the field.

Enauta 2023.2.21 announced that the FDS of Atlanta Oil Field has been approved. The project is capable of producing 50000 barrels of oil and processing 140000 barrels of water per day, and is expected to start in the middle of 2024. The field is currently producing through the Early Production System (EPS) – including three wells connected to FPSO Petrojarl I.

Atlanta Oilfield is located in the BS-4 block with a water depth of 1500 meters, with an estimated reserves of 106 million barrels. The ship, formerly known as OSX-2, was refitted according to the ABS level in 2013 and operated in the Waimea oil field off the coast of Brazil, but never started operation.
