Will summer high temperature affect production of flanges?

As summer comes,the weather becomes hotter and hotter,temperature of many cities arrive 35℃ to 38℃ at noon.Some cities are even around 40℃.

Heating is necessary process to produce forged flanges.It need to heat many times during production,so the forged workshop is very hot, working temperature will be over 45℃.Workers couldn’t work in high temperature long time.The production will stop.

If production stops,the goods will delay.Customers couldn’t receive goods on time.As an enterprise with a great sense of responsibility;we are responsible for customers and heath of workers.

In order to solve this issue,our company takes some actions.

1. We adjusted working time.In summer,the daytime is very long,peoples awake very early.In the early morning,weather is cool.In afternoon,after 16:00,temperature will also be lower.
2. We divides workers to many teams,they are on duty by turns.Their working time is much less.Workers could have good rest.
3. Our staff canteen prepared mung bean soup for workers,which could prevent sunstroke.In the workshop,we add cooling equipment.
4. Our company improves the salary of workers.
