Haihao group fabricated stainless steel pipe spools and participate in construction of the Belt and Road

The Belt and Road make transportation more convenient to west Asia. Haihao Group grabs this opportunity to develop west Asia market. We have got lots of project from west Asia countries, such as Kazakhstan. The freight of train is much higher than shipment. The values of products are also high. The main material is stainless steel and alloy steel pipe spools.

In recent, we got order of large stainless steel pipe spools. The pipe spools consist of pipe and flange. The material is ASTM A312 316L and ASTM A182 316L.  The size is 40”.Pressure is 300#.The standard of flange is ASME B 16.47 series A. Haihao Group have largest forged flange workshop in Cangzhou city, which could produce flanges up to about 6meters.

The pipe spools are very large and heavy. It’s very hard to weld. For example, how to fasten the flange and pipe? To solve welding problems, our engineers make detailed PQR and WPS. Our welders process their works according to WPS and finished all welding successfully.
