Orders for pre-fabricated spools from Australian customers

At the beginning of September, Haihao received new orders. A customer from Australia made an inquiry to us and wanted to customize a batch of non-standard spools. Haihao handled the inquiry immediately after receiving it.

The product required by the customer this time is a non-standard product, which is not the first time for Haihao to produce. The first time we received the inquiry and technical drawings, our business personnel sent the drawings to the company’s technical department. After receiving it, the technical personnel quickly worked out a plan according to the drawings, estimated the cost, and estimated the price to the customer on the same day. The customer was satisfied with the price after receiving it, and agreed to visit the factory after the Mid Autumn Festival to determine the specific cooperation matters.
